POSTAGE/SHIPPING COSTS
PayPal does not allow us to charge different shipping rates depending on which country you are ordering from, therefore we charge all orders the low price of 3.00 British Pounds (GBP). This includes orders from within the UK and to international addresses. We reserve the right to increase this charge if your address is exceptionally expensive to ship to (eg Antarctica!), and in these rare cases, we will contact you to obtain your permission first.
Within the UK, we use first class Royal Mail. For overseas orders, we use ordinary airmail. If you wish an express courier service, CONTACT us for details.
DELIVERY TIMES
We will dispatch the goods within 21 days of receiving your order, usually a lot sooner.
Delivery takes one or two days after posting in the UK, and from 3 to 8 days for overseas addresses.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use a shopping cart system run by PayPal. When you are ready to go to the checkout, click on the "View Cart" button and you will be transferred to a secure PayPal site where you will be offered the choice of:
•payment using any of the above credit cards
•payment using your PayPal account if you have one
•opening a PayPal account
We can also accept payment for orders from within the United Kingdom by cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to "Highland Games" and see information on ordering by post, below.
Please note: Our bank will not accept cheques or postal orders from any other country, including the USA.
HOW TO ORDER
Most people use the instant shopping cart system. Remember to include colour preferences if you are ordering a Pooch Poop Pouch, Justin Case, or Nice Dice. You will be provided with an opportunity at the checkout to add such comments (after you have entered your payment details and before you click "pay now", you will see a tab saying "add special instructions to seller").
If you prefer to order by post, you can PRINT A BLANK ORDER FORM and fill it in, or just write your order and other details on any piece of paper. You then mail us your order. At the bottom of this page is an EXAMPLE ORDER FORM to show you how to fill it in. Remember to include colour preferences if you are ordering a Pooch Poop Pouch, Justin Case, or Nice Dice.
Required credit card information: 16 digit card number, expiry date, 3 digit security number on the back of the card. For Switch payments, we also require the issue number.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
When we take a payment over the telephone or on our website, we do not store your credit card details.
We do not share your details with any third parties.
YOUR RIGHTS
As a consumer, you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
